The central government and local institutions are working together to keep the arts rolling amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

BEETHOVEN wrote Symphony No. 7 in A Major, Op. 92, hailed by WAGNER as the “apotheosis of dance” while sick. Despite that, the piece came out as flawless, and it allows listeners to feel the passion and magnificence of vitality.

BEETHOVEN's String Quartet No. 10 in E-flat Major, “Harp” Op. 74 gets its name from the fact that the plucking of strings in the first movement has the sound of a harp. The piece evolves from mysterious to lively to full of a sense of tempo, and then on to an elegant finish.
